If you are having trouble logging in to your account because of the 2FA, don’t worry, you can now deactivate it. We recommend you to have it activated though because this functionality protects your account.

How to deactivate it?
- The owner has to log in to the Clara account
- Go to “Team” section
- Search for the user that you want to deactivate. Then click in the 3 dots that you can find on the right side
- Select deactivate the 2FA
