What are Clara Points?
Clara Points is the new way Clara rewards your loyalty. Earn points for every transaction made with your Clara cards and redeem them for the products and experiences of your choice.
How does it work?
- Make purchases with your Clara cards.
- Earn 1 point for every $28,120.00 COP pesos spent on purchases with your Clara cards.
- Check your accumulated points in the Points section on the left menu.
- Redeem your accumulated points for exclusive benefits such as credit to your Clara account, discounts, travel, and more. You can also enjoy exclusive promotions at participating merchants.
In addition to saving with your Clara points, you can now redeem them for LifeMiles, the loyalty program that allows you to acquire flights, hotels, car rentals, and more. Click here to view the information.
Please note that the minimum number of points required to redeem is 1.000.
Who can view the company-wide points information?
Only users with Administrator/Owner level access can access the accumulated points information for the company's Clara cards.
Where can I check my points?
You can view your points balance on the Points section in the Clara platform. This section shows:
- Earned Points: All points you've accumulated.
- Available Points: Points ready for redemption.
- Redeemed Points: A history of all points you've used.
Who can redeem the company-wide points?
Only the Administrator/Owner role can use and redeem the company's points.
When do my points expire?
- Available points expire 12 months after becoming available if not redeemed.
- Points move to "expired" status if you don’t fully pay your billing statement within 30 days of its due date.
What transactions earn points?
You earn points for the following transactions:
- National purchases
- International purchases
- Installments: Points are credited monthly for each installment payment. In Colombia, points are also earned for anticipated installment payments.
The following transactions do not earn points:
- ATM withdrawals (domestic and international).
- Bill payments (domestic and international).
- Other transactions not explicitly listed above.
Additionally, refunds and chargebacks will deduct points from your balance.
