Is it possible to change roles? For example, can I upgrade someone with an Employee role to Administrator?
Yes, it's possible. This change can be made on the web platform. Please follow the following steps:
- Enter the web platform
- Go to the Team section
- Click on the person you want to edit
- Under Options, click Edit
- Under the personal information, change the role
- Save changes
And that's it! Follow these steps to change anybody's role.
