What is Apple Pay?

Apple Pay is a payment method for iPhone and Apple Watch that allows you to make fast, secure and contactless payments in stores without needing your physical card.

Fast and easy

You don't have to carry a wallet full of bills, coins and cards, just your iPhone or Apple Watch.

Safe

When you make a purchase, Apple Pay uses a specific device number and unique transaction code. Additionally, your full card number is never stored on the device or Apple servers, and cannot be shared with merchants.

Contactless

You can make payments simply by bringing your iPhone or Apple Watch close to the point of sale card machine.

What is Apple Pay and how it works?

If you are an iOS user, you can now add your Clara card to Apple Pay and make payments only with your iPhone or Apple Watch in stores.

Apple Pay is a payment method for Apple devices with NFC technology that allows you to make fast, secure, and contactless payments in stores without needing your physical card.

You just need to add your Clara card to Apple Wallet and when paying, bring your device closer to the point of sale terminal.

How can I add my card to Apple Wallet?

  1. Enter the Clara app

  2. Go to your card and click "Add to Apple Wallet"

  3. Choose your Clara card as your default card in Apple Pay

Ready! You can now use your Clara card with Apple Pay.

What devices support Apple Pay?

  • All iPhone models with Face ID and Touch ID are currently supported, except iPhone 5s and all Apple Watch Series 1 and later.

Are there any additional costs for using Apple Pay?

  • No, Clara does not generate any additional costs for using cards in Apple Pay.

What to do if your Apple device is stolen or lost?

For security, disable Apple Pay on your lost device by following these steps:

  1. Sign in to your iCloud account with your Apple ID.

  2. Mark your device as lost or stolen.

  3. Click "Delete" and that's it!

Marking your device as lost remotely locks it and also disables Apple Pay. For more information, consult the Apple website.
